As our customers’ first point of contact, our attentive staff engage visitors in genuine conversation and take every opportunity to introduce them to our worlds through hands-on, interactive experiences.
As a Warhammer representative, you will be responsible for guiding all customers through their Warhammer journey by creating a fun, engaging and inclusive atmosphere. You will need to be proactive in your approach, while adapting to the ever-changing environment of a busy retail store. You will also make decisions that will help grow the store and keep the Warhammer hobby alive in the local community.
We are looking for someone who is customer-focused, cheerful, and professional, and ready to ensure every customer interaction is positive and memorable. In return, we will provide the training and support you need to succeed in this role.

Warhammer (Narellan) is a single-staffed store. The ability to work independently, stay organised, and present yourself professionally at all times will be highly important in this role.
