We have an exciting opportunity for a process-focused Warehouse Senior
Supervisor to join our North American Fulfillment Center in Memphis, TN. If you are passionate about coaching and developing a team of people, working with the latest technology in a fully climate controlled facility, this could be the perfect role for you!
As the Second Shift Senior Supervisor, you will report directly to the Warehouse Operations Manager. You’ll have the opportunity to lead by example as you oversee a team of supervisors who are dedicated to supporting our warehouse team members who receive, handle, and ship products to our loyal customers across North America. Whether fulfilling orders for our own retail stores, independent retailers, or direct-to-home customers, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards are always met and that all orders are processed accurately, meeting delivery SLAs and quality standards. Additionally, you will be tasked with the professional development of your staff whilst ensuring that they are compliant with Games Workshop’s policies and procedures. You will be providing guidance and working to maintain a positive, continuous improvement culture.
Collaboration and reacting positively to change will be key as you will work alongside the wider warehouse leadership team to develop and create an environment where everyone feels heard and supported. You will be responsible for setting clear goals, keeping score, and holding team members accountable for their responsibilities while fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
The ideal person will have extensive experience working in a fast paced distribution center using various technologies to include RF scanners, pick to light, automated conveyors, carry-pick robots, and various types of material handling equipment and warehouse management systems. You will have demonstrable experience in leading and motivating teams while inspiring a sense of urgency and attention to detail among team members.

Supervisory Responsibility: This position manages all employees of the department and is responsible for the performance management of the employees within that department.
Work Environment: This job operates in a fully climate-controlled, 150,000 sf distribution center.
Everyone working in Games Workshop’s distribution and fulfillment center is required to wear steel-toed shoes.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time salaried position. Hours of work start at 2:00 PM Monday through Friday.
