Games Workshop is looking for an Applications Support Analyst. If you have a technical, methodical, approach to troubleshooting with direct experience working in an applications production support environment this could be a great opportunity for you.

Being a key member of the team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting initiatives and providing project support as we embrace new technologies across the organisation.
You will record, track, and document the lifecycle of an incident from initial logging through to final resolution ensuring you use your pragmatism to prioritise service requests and incidents. Working collaboratively, you will support recovery actions in the event of major incidents as well as possessing the resilience to overcome any challenges with service transition activities. You will have a diligent approach and be responsible for improving and documenting the technical processes around application support.
Remaining curious whilst working effectively across departments to expedite processes and drive projects forward, you will develop a strong knowledge and functionality of multiple systems to troubleshoot and resolve application issues.
Ideally, you will have a working knowledge of SQL queries to interrogate data and experience in supporting ERP, cloud-based SaaS, and warehousing systems.

Location: This position will be granted on a hybrid working basis where you will be expected to work from our UK Head office in Lenton, Nottingham around twice a week. This position is also on a rotating shift pattern where start time can vary from 6am – 10am
