Games Workshop is looking for a Business Analyst with a passion for Business Change & Adoption to join our high-performing IT team. In this pivotal role, you will support Games Workshop to deliver a significant global technology transformation programme to enhance our business systems capability.
Motivated by working across a diverse range of individuals including business leaders, IT Teams, and specialist suppliers you will ensure the alignment of technology and business objectives developing them from ideas through to live solutions always ensuring you communicate with precision and clarity.
As we are a vertically integrated organisation you will be working across multiple areas of the business, so your commercial acumen and ability to understand key business drivers will deliver business change. Through collaboration and engagement, you will work across the business to understand business needs, challenge existing processes, and champion the adoption of new systems and ways of working.
Your ability to navigate complex situations with integrity and compassion will enable you to translate business requirements into actionable solutions ensuring smooth transitions from ideation through to live implementation always ensuring you assess change readiness to facilitate a seamless transition. With a holistic and collaborative approach, you will identify any resistance to change, developing mitigation plans as well as ensuring assessment of the change’s impact on people, processes, and systems.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in business analysis with organisation of various sizes and complexity alongside Business process mapping and optimisation skills with the ability to handle multiple projects in an ever-changing environment.
Being an expert in your field you will have knowledge of business value assessment always being able to see the bigger picture to assess the tangible business benefit to Games Workshop
