Although we are not actively recruiting at the moment, we have developed a programme to help identify and develop new talent for the future. If you are selected to join, you will be given regular sculpting assignments. Upon successful completion of the assignments you will be provided with written, objective, professional feedback from our renowned design team.
Successfully joining this programme will allow you to find out if this is the right career for YOU. If you want a long and productive career with Games Workshop, this could help you decide!

To be considered, please upload your portfolio to accompany your application letter. Successful applicants’ portfolios will contain images of miniatures that you have created that show off the applicant’s understanding of what makes a great Citadel Miniature. All applications go straight to the design team.
