Games Workshop has an exciting opportunity for a Data and Insights Analyst to join the Marketing team, to deliver key insights which will help to shape strategies and marketing campaigns for the Customer Engagement team.
Influential and highly organised, we’ll look to you to track, analyse and report on marketing channel performance and social listening to identify opportunities, trends and areas for optimisation. You’ll be responsible for developing and maintaining dashboards to provide clear and actionable insights for channel managers and wider business teams. You’ll make a positive impact as you evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and provide recommendations to further improve customer engagement.
Highly collaborative and with a strong customer mindset, you will be responsible for working with teams across the business to gather data and insights which will help us to build a deeper understanding of our customers, the marketing environment and competitor activity. Working closely with the Channel Manager, social media and content teams, you will transform complex data into meaningful insights which can be integrated into planning and decision making.
Persistent and thorough, we’ll look to you to stay up to date and informed with analytics, social listening and measurement tools. You’ll be responsible for ensuring data integrity and consistency across reporting systems as you maintain a high standard of accuracy. Suitable applicants will have experience of using Google Analytics software. Experience of PowerBI, SQL, Adobe Analytics or similar would be an advantage.

Location: This role will be offered on a hybrid basis, where you can expected to be in our Nottingham office 1 day a week.
