About the Job

Are you passionate about Warhammer and love inspiring others to feel the same? We’re looking for a Head of Customer Engagement Content to lead a talented and creative team in bringing the Warhammer hobby to life across our digital channels. Reporting to the Creative Media Director, this senior role shapes how millions of fans connect with the worlds of Warhammer, with responsibility for around 60 people and direct line management of four team leads.

In this role, you’ll own the strategy and execution of customer engagement content across Warhammer Community, Warhammer TV (excluding animation), Warhammer+, social media, and email. You’ll set the creative direction, ensuring everything we put out is authentic, emotionally engaging, and drives fans to watch, subscribe, buy, or share. From hobby shows and social posts to major announcements and community campaigns, you’ll be the creative force behind the stories we tell.

We’re looking for someone with a deep understanding of Warhammer and its fans, someone who knows how to connect with our global audience and deliver exciting, high-quality content that builds loyalty and excitement. You’ll bring a wealth of experience in leading creative teams, setting content standards, and using data to drive improvement and innovation. An eye for storytelling, a heart for fans, and a head for strategy are all essential.

The Warhammer World site is based just outside of Nottingham city centre and benefits from a nearby tram stop and free onsite car parking.
