About the Job
Games Workshop has an exciting opportunity for a Specialist Editor to join our studio team to edit all written content for Kill Team, including books, digital content, packaging and assembly guides for both rules and background, to ensure the highest quality products.
Thorough and dedicated, you’ll be comfortable with producing high quality, detailed work to tight deadlines. With an eye for detail, you will be responsible for creating and managing style guides and lexicon for Kill Team and we’ll look to you to ensure all work is free from typos and grammatical errors and is in line with the house style.
Committed to high standards and receptive, you will be responsible for managing the translation handover, including amendments, documentation and PDF formatting, as well as other editorial functions for Kill Team. You’ll be responsible for updates on the master documents for Kill Team and we’ll look to you to initiate legal trademark checks on names and tag lines, including sensitivity checks and any other required changes.
Perceptive and highly organised, we’ll look to you to proactively coordinate with our international translation and digital content teams so that all products go to repro on time. You’ll gain key insights and information by building productive working relationships with key contacts within the design studio in order to consistently deliver projects to a high standard.

Contract: This is a 12 month fixed term contract.
Location: This role is based full time at our UK headquarters in Nottingham, UK.
