About the Job

Games Workshop has an exciting opportunity for two Product Developers to join our design team.

Within the Design Studio, writers, editors, miniatures designers and artists all work together collaboratively. The Product Developer role is a key position focussed on delivering products, on-time every time. Your unflappable demeanor in the face of unforeseen challenges and your talent for finding innovative solutions to keep the project on track will set you apart.

Passionate about the Warhammer IP and with in-depth knowledge of the Horus Heresy and Warhammer: The Old World settings, you will take top level design briefs and turn them into technical briefs that our miniatures designers and layout teams will then use to create our fantastic products. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that the final product aligns perfectly with the design managers’ initial vision.

Highly organised and thorough, you will be the go-to person who will know the position of all ongoing projects and will assist with creating release schedules including the coordination of regular launches, and with the planning and delivery of organised play and test activity.

Diligent and hardworking, you’ll proactively apply learnings from previous projects to improve future release plans. You’ll build key working relationships as you work collaboratively with the Merchandising, Buying and Marketing teams to support functionalities, scheduling and product descriptions and deliver concise briefs inline with the product vision.
