About the Job

Games Workshop has an exciting opportunity for a Graphic Design Manager to manage an established design team to ensure that all our amazing products are produced to a high quality, efficiently and on time.

Highly organised and passionate about developing a high performing team, you will be responsible for setting the direction and ambition for your team as you manage and optimise their activities to ensure all quality standards are met. You’ll lead the team by setting clear goals and will seek to find new ways to raise the bar on our printed products as you provide support through feedback, coaching and direction to the Graphic Design team as appropriate through individual and peer review feedback sessions. 

Thriving through collaborating with others, you will work closely with key contacts in the design studio to build strong relationships with a wide range of creative teams including writers, editors and artists to gain key information and to collate feedback to ensure projects can be delivered on time.

Never settling for just good enough, you will drive continuous improvement standards in quality and efficiency, ensuring everything looks incredible in print and is delivered on time. With an in-depth understanding of the Warhammer IP, you’ll use your aesthetic judgement to showcase Games Workshop’s IP and house style by applying them accurately and in exciting ways.

Location: This role is based full time onsite at our UK Headquarters in Nottingham.
