This position is office based and involves collaboration across local, regional, and global teams, with occasional travel as required.

In Japan, our focus is to welcome more customers into the Warhammer hobby, deliver our global strategy in a consistent manner, and achieve sustainable growth across all sales channels.
The Operations Manager supports this goal by ensuring that operational activities are carried out smoothly and in alignment with our existing plans. In this role, you will work closely with the Head of Japan and both local and Head Office teams to support the delivery of operational plans.
Through careful coordination and communication, you will help ensure that initiatives and projects are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
You will also contribute to maintaining stable operations by identifying areas for improvement and addressing challenges in a timely and thoughtful way, helping to prevent disruption and support the wider team. Managing operational budgets responsibly and in accordance with agreed plans will be an important aspect of the role.
As part of your responsibilities, you will help ensure that company policies, procedures, and approval processes are followed appropriately. You will also support the effective day-to-day running of the Japan office, ensuring health and safety requirements are followed.
In the absence of the Head of Japan, you will provide support as a point of contact for the Head Office and assist with necessary approvals and reporting.
