About the Job

Games Workshop has an exciting opportunity for a Senior QA supporting the IT Web Technology team.

If you are technically skilled and a strong communicator who can overcome critical problems at pace and are driven by a passion for testing and delivering quality to ensure a better user experience, then this could be the role for you!

As a Senior Quality Analyst with a customer-focused lens, their needs will always be your priority as you take an inquisitive, risk based approach to testing, ensuring you exchange ideas, knowledge, and experience to boost the quality and efficiency of our eCommerce and web based services.

Using a strong engineering process will enable you to drive the software testing practices of the team, ensuring adherence to testing principles whilst always having an active involvement in software delivery at all stages, from development through to implementation and maintenance.

Always setting a positive example, you will oversee the creation of test automation, mentoring and guiding the team to ensure the development of successful, reliable tests. In addition, you will review internal processes to ensure appropriate levels of automated test coverage are achieved and maintained through the Software Development Cycle.

Being knowledgeable in your field, you will have experience of building and maintaining automation frameworks, of manual testing, and multiple levels of testing, including System, Integration and Regression whilst working as part of an AGILE delivery team. You will also be familiar with security and accessibility testing

We are looking for someone who understands why strong teamwork is important, so you will relish the opportunity of working across internal and external teams to encourage clear communication and effective collaboration. With excellent people skills, you will be able to report with clarity the progress of any ongoing tests in an objective manner, ensuring updates are provided with any requests to achieve deadlines.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join Games Workshop’s IT team. We always look for people who are as committed as we are and who believe in and care about the things we do, so if the above sounds like you, we would love to hear from you.
