About the Job
Games Workshop is recruiting a new position for a Site Security Supervisor. We’re looking for someone who is excited to supervise a small team to deliver an outstanding security service to all our staff maintaining the needs of Games Workshop. Through the security team you’ll ensure a consistent, visible, and contactable presence at our Lenton Headquarters and site at East Midlands Gateway, ensuring that the agreed level of staffing is planned and maintained.
Honesty and integrity is crucial in this role as you’ll be responsible for processing all the security needs of the site ensuring investigations of all incidents taking appropriate action to implement policies, protocols, and procedures. Being a proactive individual, you’ll take pride in your work and always strive to implement improvements to the business.
Having excellent people skills, not only will you have responsibility for the day-to-day management of the security team but you’ll support them with any training needs so they feel refreshed and confident in their duties. You’ll always ensure interactions are positive with everyone who comes onto site leaving a great impression of Games Workshop.
