About the Job

Are you an experienced site or facilities engineer looking for a new challenge? Are you passionate about leading a team of skilled engineers and tradespeople to ensure that all Games Workshop facilities are maintained and improved to the highest standard every time? Reporting to our Engineering Manager, you will lead a team of engineers and tradespeople to deliver facilities and infrastructure support to the whole Games Workshop Lenton site. You and your team will plan & execute planned preventative maintenance programs, respond to breakdowns, repairs & work requests whilst also being heavily involved in large scale projects to improve all aspects of the Games Workshop campus.

To be successful in this role you have strong experience of guiding a team within a busy, Facilities or Engineering environment. Relevant qualifications and accreditation in Electrical and / or Mechanical Engineering are essential coupled with experience of performing and delivering PPM programmes in a facilities or operational environment. Your continuous improvement background and mindset will be advantageous.

Other Essential Information

This role operates over an alternating shift pattern: 6am-2pm / 12pm-8pm Mon-Thurs, 6am-1pm / 12pm-7pm Friday.
