About the Job

Games Workshop has an exciting opportunity for an IT Infrastructure Engineer to join our Global Information Technology Team in Memphis, TN. Our Infrastructure Engineer ensures Games Workshop’s Memphis-based network, server, and cloud infrastructure is running efficiently and is secure. If you’re passionate about technology and enjoy building, evaluating, and maintaining robust systems as part of a growing global business, this could be the perfect role for you.

Passionate about technology and providing the best solutions, you’ll be working closely with our UK Infrastructure team and our North American IT support team to monitor, maintain, and improve the systems that are designed to keep our offices, warehouses, and retail store networks connected and operating smoothly. You’ll be responsible for triaging and resolving infrastructure issues, assisting with both hardware and software installations, and contributing to a range of technical projects, which include setting up systems, completing on-site upgrades, and cloud deployments. Your meticulous attention to detail and commitment to upholding standards of quality will ensure that all tasks are completed with the highest level of accuracy and reliability.

Your ability to collaborate and convey ideas with clarity will be key, as you’ll support the wider team in strengthening our cybersecurity. You’ll maintain patching, backups, and disaster recovery procedures, which will ensure all of our systems remain secure from any threats.

The ideal person will have demonstrable experience supporting and maintaining servers, networks, and cloud environments using Windows, Linux, VMware, and Azure. You’ll be proficient in managing and troubleshooting complex networking systems with exposure to HP Aruba switches, Fortinet firewalls, Wireless, and VPN. You’ll also have a strong understanding of Azure AD, Entra ID, IAM, and role-based access controls, including familiarity with automation tools such as PowerShell or Azure CLI.

If you’re excited to navigate complex situations with curiosity, approach challenges with enthusiasm, and enjoy finding better ways to document and improve systems in an ever-evolving business, then we want you on our team!
