About the Job
Games Workshop has an exciting opportunity for an Army and Battlefields Painter to join our renowned Warhammer TV team in Nottingham. If you’re familiar with the Citadel Painting System and can paint armies quickly while maintaining an outstanding quality, then this could be the perfect role for you!
Passionate about Warhammer and a skilled miniatures painter, we’ll look to you to thoroughly understand the Warhammer ranges and use your creative judgement of what makes fantastically painted miniatures, scenery and terrain, and be able to communicate that effectively through your work.
You’ll collaborate closely with the wider marketing team and our gaming presenters to paint armies that will be used in pre-recorded and live battles on Warhammer TV. You’ll make sure our armies include the right models to showcase the Warhammer hobby in the best light, whether that’s painting nine Leman Russ Executioners for a matched-play game or 100 Plague Zombies for an incredible narrative last stand.
Strong communication skills and time management are critical in this role as we’ll look to keep colleagues informed of the status of each project at key times. You’ll need to be effective with your time to ensure work is delivered on time and to the highest levels of quality.
If you love the Warhammer hobby and have the enthusiasm to inspire our customers by showing how amazing painted armies and battlefields can be, apply today!
