Games Workshop has an exciting opportunity for a Sales Planning Support Lead to join the Black Library sales team to drive change and support a range of sales channels within Black Library.
 
Proactive and highly organised, we’ll see you take initiative to independently set tasks in order to achieve  goals.. We’ll look to you to act as the main point of contact as we see you communicating and coordinating with internal teams to ensure required parties are informed of any decisions and changes to commercial plans. A confident communicator, you will ensure  Black Library marketing initiatives are aligned with our future plans as well as consistent across all channels and in all languages.
 
Meticulous and thorough, you’ll closely monitor titles impacted by disclosure sensitivity and will work closely with relevant teams to ensure the right information is shared with the right people. With an eye for detail, you will collaborate with internal teams and licensed partners to ensure consistency in IP branding asset usage by maintaining all relevant style guides and lexicons updated.
 
You’ll understand the impact of your role and will continuously look for ways you can add value to our business and ensure all tasks are completed and goals are delivered. You’ll be responsible for maintaining accurate, relevant, and timely updates for Black Library sales team process documents and trackers, and we’ll look to you to ensure all records are up to date as you appropriately organise and archive documentation, including approval forms, contracts and other relevant documents.

Other Essential Information

Location: This role is a hybrid role where you will be expected to be in our UK headquarters in Nottingham for a minimum of 3 days a week.
