Games Workshop has an exciting opportunity for a Creative Production Manager to join our renowned Warhammer Studio as part of the Specialist Design Team. If you understand the creative disciplines that contribute to making Warhammer products and want to help us make them forever, this could be the job for you!

As the Creative Production Manager, you will lead a high-performing team, by managing and optimising the work from our art and graphic design, miniatures painting, and editorial teams to ensure world class quality in all these areas. We’ll look to you to set clear goals and train and develop new and existing team members to produce the best product to a clear plan.

Possessing a deep passion and thorough understanding of our IP, we’ll see you build strong and credible relationships across the Studio, collaborating with Senior Design Managers to devise product plans for all IP’s. Using creative judgement, you’ll ensure all art and design elements enhance the existing IP, resulting in maximum commercial value.

We are looking for significant creative management experience delivering product design work in a successful commercial operation. They will be driven through collaboration to constantly improve quality and processes to deliver products on time and to plan.

Location: This role is based full time onsite at our UK Headquarters in Nottingham.
